- Patient Case File — The Health Practitioner can capture the Patient Complaints, Past History, Family History and much more in the single interface.
- Counselling, Prescriptions and Follow ups — DBH-APP allows to record every discussion with patients through the Patient Advisory document. The Patient prescriptions and follow-ups are maintained in the system.
